I. EXHIBITION SPACE
1. Rental Period: Gallery Maya is available to rent for a minimum period of 1 week (Mon –Mon).
2. Deposit: 50% deposit is necessary to secure gallery use for Client´s exhibition / event. Balance payable two weeks before date of exhibition.
3. Opening Hours: Nomal hours 11 am to 6 pn Monday to Saturday
4. Private Views / Late evenings: 1 late opening per week is included in the hire charge. refreshments at these events to be borne by the Client.

Services Provided
The gallery can provide a range of services to ensure a succesful exhibition - some of these are included in the hire charge while other services can be provided at an additional cost.
1. The gallery will provide a mailing list in the form of labels. This list is compiled of art collectors as well as local Notting Hill residents.
2. A. Display: Gallery Maya staff will hang the exhibition using their own expertise and knowledge of the space in consultation with the Client.
B. Staff: A Gallery Maya representative will be on-site during the client’s exhibition/event and will be happy, given enough information, to invigilate should the client or their representative not be available.
C. Public Events: Events are open to the general public unless specified as a private event.
D. Publicity: The Client agrees responsibility for all promotion. On request, Gallery Maya is able to assist with local and national press releases, listings and invitations, all costs to be borne by the Client.
E. Insurance: Gallery Maya is covered for Public Liability Insurance. The insurance of property belonging to the Client or their representatives, whilst in Gallery Maya, is the responsibility of the Client.
F. Liability: The Client agrees to hold Gallery Maya and its employees free from any liability or claim for damages or suit for or by reason of any injuries to any person or property of any kind whatsoever, from any cause whatsoever, arising out of the use and occupation of the premises by the renting party; and the renting party hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify Gallery Maya from all liability or damage on account of or by reason of any such injuries or damage.
